Will I see pricing before you start?
Yes. You get your options and a clear price before any work begins.
Do you charge more after hours?
Calls after 5pm, any day of the week, have a $198 dispatch fee, and we tell you that before we send anyone. Members never pay a dispatch fee.
Do you answer the phone at night?
Our phones are answered 24 hours a day. Flooding, burst pipes and sewage backups get a plumber the same night, and anything that can safely wait gets the first slot in the morning.
Are your plumbers licensed?
Yes. Our plumbers are licensed and insured, and every technician is background checked and drug screened.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes, for service and repairs, including backflow testing for businesses. We don't take on new-construction installs.
